  2. For Non-Emergency but Urgent issues (such as noise complaints or traffic/parking complaints) – contact the Monroe County Sheriff at 305-289-2351
  3. For Non-Emergencies, Non-Urgent issues - Call the Office Phone Numbers above and leave a message  - OR

    1. From the City of Marathon homepage website http://ci.marathon.fl.us click on the “Code Complaint” option located at the bottom   - OR
    2. E-mail the Code Department at  code@ci.marathon.fl.us - OR
    3. From the homepage click on the “Permitting Portal” option located at the bottom – Click on “Code Compliance” and then click “Select” for Code Complaint  - OR
    4. From the homepage click on the “Code Compliance” Department under the “Government” tab and then click “Code Complaint”

VACATION RENTAL ISSUES – For complaints such as parking issues or noise issues at vacation rental homes – a sign with local property management contact information is usually available at the front of the property - a call/complaint can also be made to that number.  If your issue is not resolved through the property manager, please let us know.
